Indifference is a serial killer

I thought long time, should I write about the terrible rape and murder in Delhi? (wikipedia)
Today I read that the little girl was raped (in school). I can not react calmly when it comes to child abuse.
Now I'm saying without geography or country context I speak about us , about human beings...
And I can say quite honestly that as a parent I am not going to seek justice in court. I do not trust to the justice mashine (too much corruption) but I'm sure I can make justice with my own methods and terms, besides, I can imagine that the punishment can not be sufficient.
I know I'm talking about illegal things, of mob justice ...
I do not have my own children, I have a goddaughter and year-old godson.
But
The protests, and demands of the death penalty... public
I notice a deadly tendency... really deadly
Violence is a part of our being, it is impossible to deny it.
Each of us is at war with his own demons. But ... posters, demonstrations, demanding the resignation of the government...  Yes, it's a way to saying "I disagree" ... and what? No, it's important but what's next?
The guy who today hold the slogan broadsheet "Women's rights" at demonstration, tommorow this same guy will buys a prostitute a block from his home.   
Unfortunately, I have to say that the demonstration is a method for splash of emotions... only.  But a man stands in front of change necessity.
If I want to change the situation, then I must take responsibility.
An Indifference is the reason.
Rapist is a monster that does not appear for an hour or a day or a year.
This is a lengthy process.
Answer yourself on one question: how many people I have helped?
Well ... I am 32 year old woman, I can not boast that I help people every time when I have an opportunity.
And I understand that this is not a cause for pride
But I appeal to every person living on this planet.
Stop turning away from nasty or uncomfortable things for you .
Change it!
Party, government, police they all are not constant. And it does not matter when the problem is within each of us.
