In the night of July 7, 2012 flood occurred in the Krasnodar region.
The death toll is still not completely defined.
According to federal services - 172 people are dead.
According to the local population the number of fatalities should be several times higher.
They say water is carried off sleeping people far away from  the city, they say that people are discovering the bodies at a sufficient distance from the city.
Locals say that the bodies taken out of the city in cars-refrigerators  of store chain "Magnet." A lot of  bodies lie in morgues in remote villages.
On July 14, 2012 in the city Krymsk received more than 2 tons of humanitarian aid.

According to some information about another 1.5 tons are in transit.
There are reports that someone steals and resells humanitarian aid.
It is unthinkable and inhumane.
The punishment for such crimes  is the truncation of the hands... by an ax, chainsaw or other tool ... whatever.
Through social networks people write about that the chaos is in the city, and lack of organization.
Volunteers make detours of destroyed areas on a scooters and they find out the names of the people and what they need first.

Yes, it's impossible to return life to those who perished in this terrible disaster.
I do not flatter myself that the guilty will be punished, there is no punishment that can return someone's life.
Timely notification of the population could save many lives
