It does not matter where, whether it's Haiti, Mexico, Russia, or Timbuktu.
When I see pictures of ruined cities in the U.S. after the tornado... I think that people died, and if we do not help each other, then the number of victims could increase by several times.
Victim of natural disaster is one thing. Victim of inhumanity - is quite another.
Unfortunately, now we have the victims of the regime, political games, mayhem officials, irresponsibility by Heads.

Gelendzhik, Krymsk, Novorossiysk, Divnomorskoe, Nizhnebakanskaya, Neberdjayevskaya and Kabardinka - these villages and towns were under water. Heavy rains and irresponsibility of the city authorities have led to the fact that thousands of people homeless and hundreds died.
Once again, the system alerts did not work, emergency services can not cope with the load: no money, no gasoline, no hands, no time ...
Instead of helping to affected people, the government invents a scheme that would allow them to go unpunished.
I'm sure that 50% of the blame for this tragedy lies with the government and officials of the region.
Neverdjayevskaya reservoir is a legacy of the Soviet period, like most buildings of this type. Since 1991,even one an ambitious project was not built in Russia , excluding the preparation for the Olympic Games, a fabulous budget already spent for.

I do not want to talk about what led to such consequences. For me, it is clear that negligence, and impunity of government reached its peak.
All denied - this is a policy that destroys a nation, destroy the country from within.
They say: We will allocate money to the families of the victims!
They say: We will build new houses!
They say: We'll pay you for your dead relatives!
I say: The provision of assistance to the citizens - is the direct responsibility of government agencies and services. Each citizen pays taxes to the state provided him a safe and adequate life.
Payment of financial assistance - this is the normal form of government's response, it's not heroic deed or something else. It is the duty of the Government in relation to each person residing in the territory of our country (and not only).
I'm always in a fury when they talk about the payment of compensation for the loss of a family member.
Which exchange rate of human life, gentlemen, governors, heads of administrations and districts, and other ministers and?
Nowadays, people in the affected areas are without food, clean water, without shelter.
And now the leaders are very busy with sawing budgets. As is well known loss of life - an excellent opportunity to use the budget.
I am not prophet, but what will happen next?
People bury their loved ones, they will restore their houses by own hands, and they will live on, keeping the memory of the tragedy in the heart and they will continue to wait for the next nightmare.
Because the bureaucrats will write reports and all criminal cases that have been instituted on the fact of death and on the fact of material damage, all that cases will be closed.
The climate will be found guilty.
Director of the reservoir will be jobless.
Someone from the MOE will be unemployed.
And all.
